The AEA in cooperation with the Widening Participation Scheme has arranged for 40 secondary school pupils to visit the solar panels on the roof of the main campus building at City University. This will be a step in the work we do to improve the awareness of the local community of sustainability issues and alternative energy solutions in their environment. The pupils will also be shown the engineering department at City University and understand how they can study a related subject at a university level. The event will take place on the 17th of November.
